These terms apply to all purchases and use of educational material provided by Higher Low Trading. By purchasing or accessing our material you agree to these terms. This is a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication.
1. Educational purpose
All guides, courses and mentorship sessions are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing offered constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no personalised recommendations are given.
Higher Low Trading does not manage funds, place trades on behalf of clients or offer signals as a managed service.
2. Digital products and delivery
Digital guides are delivered by secure download link after payment is confirmed. Links are tied to your order and may be limited by number of downloads and by an expiry period.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address. If a download link fails, contact us and a replacement link will be issued.
3. Licence and permitted use
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence for individual use only. Copying, resale, sharing, uploading or redistribution of any material is not permitted.
Access may be withdrawn without refund if material is shared or resold.
4. Mentorship subscriptions
Monthly mentorship is billed monthly in advance and continues until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and access remains available until then.
Session availability, times and formats may change; reasonable notice will be given where possible.
5. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital material are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a product, contact us and we will resolve access or provide a remedy.
6. Payments and pricing
All prices are shown in Namibian dollars (N$). Prices and product contents may be updated from time to time.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Higher Low Trading does not store your card details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Higher Low Trading is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our educational material.
You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.
